Abu Dhabi will spend $2.5 billion on AI-managed city by 2027
Imagine a city where artificial intelligence takes care of every aspect of your life. This is not science fiction, but the near future of Abu Dhabi! Companies BOLD Technologies and My Aion are developing a unified platform Aion Sentia. Which will take control of all urban systems — from transport to healthcare and education.
At the core of this platform is artificial intelligence MAIA, which will continuously learn from resident data and adjust urban infrastructure to their needs. You’ll be able to ask it to analyze your home’s energy consumption and get savings advice. And you’ll see all information about city operations in a special app on your phone.
The launch of this system is planned for 2027 in the capital of the United Arab Emirates. $2.5 billion will be spent on the project. After investors receive their profit, all infrastructure will be transferred to local authorities.
As My Aion’s head Daniele Marinelli says: “Artificial intelligence will get to know you so well that it can find the perfect place for your anniversary dinner and book it, even if you don’t lift a finger.”

Threats and $1 trillion don't improve neural network performanceYou've surely seen these "secret tricks" for controlling neural networks. Like threats, reward promises, emotional manipulations. But do they actually work? Researchers from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School conducted a large-scale experiment with 5 advanced models: Gemini 1.5 Flash, Gemini 2.0 Flash, GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini and GPT o4-mini.
Anthropic integrated Opus 4.1 into Claude Code and cloud platformsAnthropic released Claude Opus 4.1. This isn't just another update, but a substantial improvement in coding capabilities and agent functionality. What's especially pleasing — the new version is integrated not only into the classic Claude interface, but also into the Claude Code tool. As well as available through API, Amazon Bedrock and Google Cloud Vertex AI.
