Revolution in construction: FBR robot is 15 times faster than bricklayers
For 6,000 years people laid bricks in one and the same way. But this era has come to an end! The Hadrian X robot from FBR company became the world’s first mobile robotic device for laying blocks, capable of safely working outdoors in uncontrolled conditions.
Hadrian X uses unique Dynamic Stabilization Technology DST, which corrects vibrations and interference in real time, ensuring laying precision. This allows the robot to work with a 32-meter boom and erect walls up to 3 stories high directly from the road.
The new generation robot lays up to 500 blocks per hour, which is equivalent to 120 square meters of wall. It can build the walls of a standard house in just 1 day! At the same time, the robot is 15 times faster and 70% more efficient than manual labor.
Hadrian X also applies special construction adhesive to each block, which sets in about 45 minutes and is significantly stronger than traditional mortar. And the modular design allows the robot to make high-rise, corner and gable cuts, which expands its capabilities.
It is expected that 1 robot will be able to build up to 150 houses per year.
