Jensen Huang ordered Nvidia employees to use AI everywhere
Jensen Huang announced total mobilization under the banner of artificial intelligence inside Nvidia. And this is no longer a recommendation. This is a requirement.
The head of Nvidia ordered employees to use artificial intelligence tools for every possible task. His logic is simple. The company cannot sell computing hardware to the world while not itself being a benchmark of AI efficiency.
According to Business Insider, at a general meeting after a quarter with record revenue of $57 billion, Huang reacted harshly to reports that some managers are discouraging subordinates from excessive use of artificial intelligence. “Are you crazy?” he stated. “I want every task that can be automated with AI to be automated with AI”.
Huang paid special attention to development tools like the Cursor platform. Insisting on their active use by engineers and constant improvement.
But despite automation, the company continues to grow. Nvidia’s staff reached 36 thousand people, and there’s nothing to worry about yet — the company’s rapid expansion leaves little reason for concerns about layoffs.
It turns out, artificial intelligence transformed from an optional productivity booster into a mandatory professional tool. Automation is no longer an advantage. It became a condition for survival in the workplace.
