Nvidia head believes there is no AI bubble

Nvidia founder Jensen Huang dispelled concerns about a bubble in the AI market. And according to him, the company’s latest chips are expected to bring 0.5 trillion dollars in revenue.

Huang also stated that people’s willingness to pay for AI tools demonstrates the technology’s profitability. Even though most technology companies are now reinvesting earned money into new infrastructure. “AI is now profitable, meaning AI is so good it deserves to be paid for,” he said.

Nvidia intends to publish a plan for creating by other companies giant, gigascale AI data processing centers, which it calls AI factories. Oracle, Microsoft, Google and other leading technology companies are already investing billions of dollars in such centers.

Additionally, Nvidia announced a partnership with telecommunications companies T-Mobile and Nokia. To create 6G cell towers with AI support.

“Wireless technologies worldwide are mainly being implemented today based on foreign technologies, this needs to end, and we have the opportunity to do this, especially during the fundamental transition to 6G,” Huang said.

Nvidia also plans to help build 100 thousand autonomous vehicles in partnership with Uber, starting from 2027, using Nvidia chips and the DriveOS operating system for autonomous vehicles.
